The aurochs skeleton from Kecel-Rózsaberek The aurochs remains found at Kecel-Rózsaberek were collected by j. Iván, a teacher at Kecel. When A. Horváth., the former director of the Katona József Museum in Kecskemét had been informed of the find, together with S. Bökönyi (then working in the Hungarian National Museum) he visited the locality on 24. October 1964, and they collected some additional bones belonging to the skeleton
