Bones from the head regions are among the remains for both species. At least one cattle skull and two pig skulls were found in the pit. There were conspicuously few small ruminants bones in the pit — among them a cleft skull and a left side horncore from a goat. A few metacarpal/metatarsal bones, the so-called "gry bones" which remain in the skin after skinning were also present in the pit. Horse is represented by a metatarsal dext. diaph. fragm., and red deer by a scapula fragm. The most interesting find among the aurochs remains is a left horn-core from an infantile individual which is short with a solid porous structure. Pit XIIla Cattle 115 pieces 8 indiv.
