Period: the condition of pelvis, the absence of lime-incrustation on its surface, and the traces of cut marks and splitting indicate that it cannot belong to a prehistoric material. It may thus be dated to the 9—10th century. 18. femur dext. prox. fr., bull (Fig. 4, 1) The trochanter major is split off. The width of the prox. epiph. fragment is 145 mm, its thickness is 81 mm.
