LION REMAINS 39 Fig. 4. Tiszfaöldvár, pelvis sin., left side view 4. ábra Tiszaföldvár, pelvis sin. Norma lateralis sis is thick, its cross-section is triangular; the dist. epiphysis is relatively thick: 38 mm. The proc. styloideus lateralis is strong, prominent; its height on the lateral side 25 mm. On the incisura ulnaris the width of the articular surface 22.7, its height 13 mm. The dorsal fossa tendinea (m. rad. dors.) is shallow, wide (15 mm), it has a central position. The dorsal protuberancia tendinea is small, narrow, low, it has a medial position. The sulcus tendinis medialis is shallow, small. — Ulna dext. fr. (Fig. 6:1). Loc.: Section CLXIII., pit A., 1982. The tub. olecrani and the proc. styloideus are cut off. Length of the ulna fragment 317 mm. The corpus ulnae is straight, flat, short-narrow; it is slightly concave on its lateral side. Below the incisura radialis there is no tuberositas ulnae. On the fades medialis of the corpus ulnae is a 165 mm long a 15 to 17 mm wide tuberosity. There is a rough adhesion surface on the medial side of the olecranon. There is a strong medial crest on the frontal surface of the proc. anconaeus. Depth across from the proc. anconaeus to the caudal border of the ulna: 60 mm. The smallest thickness of the olecranon 17.5 mm. The height of the incisura semilunaris (depth across from the proc. anconaeus to the frontal border of the proc. coronoideus): 67 mm. The smallest width of incisura 21 mm. Greatest breadth of the proc. anconaeus 25.6 mm; greatest breadth of the articular surface 45 mm. Width of the proc. coronoideus 28 mm. Smallest width of distal end of corpus ulnae 14, its thickness 20 mm. — Olecranon dext. fr. (Fig. 5:2). Loc.: Section XXIV., pit A., 1982. The tuber olecrani is intact, the caudal border and the proc. coronoideus are cut off. On the frontal side of olecranon there are two well-developed cristae separated by a deep fossa of wich the lateral one is the bigger. Length of the olecranon 70 mm, its smallest width 20 mm. Smallest width of the incisura semilunaris 22, the greatest width of the proc. anconaeus 24.2 mm.
