Ezt az óvatosan felvázolt technikatörténeti képet, természetesen erősen körvonalazhatná és pontosabbá tehetné a környékbeli gazdasági villák feltárása, ugyanis bőségesebb leletanyag alapján a kutatásnak módjában lenne a tartomány területén belül a helyi jellegzetességek erőteljesebb, megbízhatóbb bemutatása is. PLOUGH FINDS FROM AQUINCUM In the collection of the Aquincum Museum there occur three plough-shares, of which two ones are published first here according the classification of Iván Balassa: 1 spade-shaped, 1 tanged and 1 spear-shaped share. These three pieces belong all to the type of symmetrical ards, general in the Roman age. The analysis of above objects, when comparing it with the evidence of other find material, point to the fact that the technology of agricultural production was in the area of Aquincum on a less developed level than in other parts of the province. This fact as well as the scarcity of find material may be explained by the specific historical and political situation of Aquincum.
