Összefoglalás A saját retrospektív vizsgálatainkra alapozott hosszú távú tapasztalataink, valamint az általunk elérhető nemzetközi irodalmi adatokból levonható következtetések is azt bizonyítják, hogy az enosszális implantátumok azonnali megterhelésével adekvát feltételek megléte mellett, hasonló hosszú távú sikeresség érhető el, mint a hagyományos technikával végzett beültetési módszerekkel. Az azonnali megterhelésre kerülő implantátumok beültetése előtt azonban fokozottan figyelembe kell venni, és mérlegelni kell a várható sikerességet leginkább befolyásoló tényezők, feltételek meglétét. A módszer alkalmazásával nyert kedvező hosszú távú tapasztalataink alapján azt mondhatjuk, hogy az implantátumok azonnali vagy korai megterhelése mint protetikai módszer a mindennapi fogorvosi praxisban alkalmazható. A dolgozatunkban bemutatott módszerrel kapcsolatban számos kérdés nyitva maradt. A további potenciális befolyásoló tényezők megismerésére hosszú távú, tudományosan megalapozott prospektiv vizsgálatok szükségesek. Irodalom 1.
