Összefoglalás A saját retrospektív vizsgálatainkra alapozott hosszú távú tapasztalataink, valamint az általunk elérhető nem­zetközi irodalmi adatokból levonható következtetések is azt bizonyítják, hogy az enosszális implantátumok azonnali megterhelésével adekvát feltételek megléte mellett, hasonló hosszú távú sikeresség érhető el, mint a hagyományos technikával végzett beültetési mód­szerekkel. Az azonnali megterhelésre kerülő implantá­tumok beültetése előtt azonban fokozottan figyelembe kell venni, és mérlegelni kell a várható sikerességet leginkább befolyásoló tényezők, feltételek meglétét. A módszer alkalmazásával nyert kedvező hosszú távú tapasztalataink alapján azt mondhatjuk, hogy az imp­lantátumok azonnali vagy korai megterhelése mint pro­­tetikai módszer a mindennapi fogorvosi praxisban al­kalmazható. A dolgozatunkban bemutatott módszerrel kapcsolat­ban számos kérdés nyitva maradt. A további potenciá­lis befolyásoló tényezők megismerésére hosszú távú, tudományosan megalapozott prospektiv vizsgálatok szükségesek. Irodalom 1.
