tokkal látjuk el, pár napos ágynyugalmat javaslunk. Profilaktikusan széles spektrumú antibiotikum adására az ascendáló bakteriális fer­tőzés megelőzésére minden esetben szükség van. Cervicalis mediasti­­notomiára vagy praetrachealis fascia bemetszésére a keringési, ill. légzési zavart okozó nagyfokú mediastinalis emphysemával járó ese­tekben lehet szükség. A fenti konzervatív kezelés a beteg gondos ra­diológiai és klinikai követése mellett rendszerint elégségesnek bizo­nyul.
