Primary and metastatic malignant tumors appeares frequently in the head and neck region. The occurrence of malignancies in tissues transplantated to this area — are extraordinary rare. Authors report about a case, where the tumor developed in a cylindroid jump Hap, used to the closure of the cleft palate. They discuss theoretical aspects, as well as the course of the disease.
