The osseointegration desired in interest of lasting success may be obtained but by means of an aseptic atraumatic operational technique wich ensures the primary stability of the implant. It is pointed out that the infection free wound healing playes a decisive role in the lasting stability of the implant also the surgical planning and the method of avoiding complications are described.
