Bőgi I. Dr.: Modified operation method enhancing the surgical mobilization of the maxilla („ V”-osteotomy of the palate).

Essence of the method consist in that the pterygomaxillar connection is weakend by a „U” shaped osteotomy bypassing the foramen palate majus.

Das Wesentliche der Methode liegt darin, daß durch die das Foramen palatum maius umgehende „U”-förmige Osteotomie die pterygo-maxillare-Verbindung verschwächt wird.
