The infraocclusion and retention of milk molars were observed by the authors. On the basis of their own experience and some case studies 3 groups were identified. The authors found that homologous aplasia and retention were the frequent concomitants of the case studies. They claim that these disorders are determined in embryonal state, and the local factors may contribute to the emergence of the anomalies.

Verfasser beobachteten die Infraokklusion und Retention der Milchmolare. Aufgrund eigener und in der Literatur vorkommender Fälle* wurden 3 Gruppen bestimmt. Als Begleiterscheinungen beobachteten sie die homologbliebenee Aplasie, bzw. Retention. Verfasser nehmen an dass diese Abnormitäten schon im Embryonalzustand vorhanden sind und später durch lokaliche Faktoren hervorgerufen werden.
