(pterygium colli, cutis laxa); a hajzat hátul a nyakra mélyen leterjed; belső szemzugredő, nyúlszem (epicanthus, epiblepharon); alacsonyan ülő fülek, pajzs alakú mellkas; laterálisakban elhelyezkedő kicsiny mellbimbók; rövidebb IV. kéz- és lábközépcsontok (brachymetacarpia, brachymetatarsia s. brachymesophalangia); újszülöttek és csecsemők kéz és lábháti lymphangiestaticus oedemája; deformált körmök (onychogryposis); gacsos láb (genu valgum); szívfejlődési rendellenesség (congenitalis vitium, coarctatio aortae); infantilismus; here, petefészek hiány (aplasia) az Y chromosoma hiánya miatt; rejtett gerinchasadék (spina bifida occulta); esetleg értelmi fogyatékosság, epileptiform rohamok; alacsony növés (nanismus).

A fenti közlemény alapján nyilvánvaló, hogy a fogorvos ma már nem nélkülözheti a sztomatológiai genetikai ismereteket. A fejlődési rendellenességek eredetének kutatásakor nem elégedhetünk meg csupán a fogászati vonatkozások regisztrálásával, mert a teljes orvosi szemlélet megköveteli az egész ember malformatióinak egységes értékelését.
