Р о п у i, S.: Proposals for the organisation of a unitary delivery system in orthodontics A hierarchical system is proposed for Hungary in organizing and controling delivery of orthodontic services. The hierarchy is headed by a Professional Committee composed of the heads of the Orthodontic Departments of the University Dental Schools and of the Postgraduate Dental School; advisory functions are allotted to the leaders of the orthodontic teams in the different counties. Competencies of the schools are outlined in the primary education and continued postgraduate education of orthodontists. Directives are given for the work of consulting centers also. A step-by-step realisation of this plan is proposed. Gesundheitswesen erstellten Fachkollegium verantwortlichen „orthodontischen Fachausschuss” übertragen wird. Es werden die Kompetenzen der an der primären Ausbildung und Fortbildung teilnehemenden Institutionen umrissen, Vorschläge zur Errichtung von Konsultationszentren vorgelegt. Tisztelt előfizetőink!
