A magyar ötvösség és textilművesség párját ritkító darabjait találhatjuk itt, melyek közül megemlítjük a gyűjtemény legrégebbi műtárgyát egy 6,5 x 5 cm méretű ovális alakú, Metz városában 800 körül készített Karoling kori kristályt; a Sztaurotékát (Szent Kereszt ereklyetartó), amely fa alapra erősített zománcdíszes aranyozott ezüst lemez, - XII. századi bizánci munka; itt található a koronázási eskükereszt, melyre a XIII. század óta tettek esküt a magyar királyok; Mátyás király kálváriája, a középkori ötvösség legszebb remekműve, mely aranyból készült, drágakövek, gyöngyök és ronde bosse zománc díszíti; három szarvserleg, a középkorban kihalt európai őstulok szarvából készült asztali ivóedények; Suky Benedek kelyhe, a Kincstár legszebb gótikus kelyhe, melyet Erdélyben 1440 körül készítettek.
