It also has an inscription: Erected by the widow of Imre Tóth in 1896. 206. There is a marble cross near the deep trench separating Szentgyörgymezö from the fields. The inscription was destroyed by rhe weather but in the História Domus, the annals of the parish there is a notice according to which we can assume that rhe cross was erected by Katalin Lobog in 1907. 207. We find a nice stone cross ar the Csenkei Bridge, opposite chen acacia grove at the end of a vineyard. The inscription says: Dear Christ, have mercy on us. sinners for Your passion! To rhe glory of God. it was erected by György Belkovics and his wife Teréz Bartus in 1908. 208. István Bandor, a carrier erected a srone cross on the road leading to the Soilder's Cemetery. The inscription reads as follows: Dear Christ, ro the glory of God this cross was erected by István Bandor and his wife Éva Sándor. After the war the cross was demolished and it broke into two, but the parts have been holdfastened and che cross was again erected. 209. Among the vineyards at the end of Galanyás Road we find the chapel of St Urbánus. A stone cross with a nicely mastered corpus stands in front of the chapel . It has an inscription: Erectcd from the donations of the people in 1909. It is an old custom that the people put a wreath on the cross as a sacred gift the patron of the vineyards. 210. The stone cross with a metal corpus, standing in Bánomi Road once belonged to the parr called Szt Tamás. It was erected so rhar the war came to an end. 211. The Hungarian and German soldiers and Russian prisoners of war died in the military hospital were buried in the so-called Heroes' Plor established specially for this purpose. In 1920 a srone cross was erected from public donacions wich the inscription: To the memory of the heroes died between 1914 165
