A wooden cross was erected by András Neumann in 1812, under the Szamárhegy (Donkey's Hill) beside the fields. It was replaced with a stone cross in 1885. The inscription says: Founded bv András Neumann. The people in Szentgyörgymező also mention this cross as »The Red Cross«. It is here where the two roads meet, the one leading towards Szamárhegy and the one starting at Kettőspince. 185. The cross of Ispita Hill. This giant cross and the corpus was carved from the same piece of limestone from Strázsahegy (Watchman's Hil). It was erected in 1813 by János Szölgyémi who had had the citizenship since 1797. He also established a found with an amount of 50 Fts So that the cross was taken care off continuously. 186. Mihály Fehér, shipman of the primatial estates erected a statue of St. John of Nepomuk, patron sainr of the shipmen and sailors in 1818. It stand opposite the entrance of the Szentgyörgymező church. In 1898 when the Templom Square (Church Square) was arranged, Antal Gere moved the cross behind another cross erected by Ádám Erős (see 18.) and the fence was taken away. 187. The stone cross on the Danube side of the Táti Road (the road leading towards Tát) carries a metal corpus. It was erected by József Mászáros jr. He was a member of one of the boot-maker families in Esztergom. The cross was renovated in 1909 bv Ferenc Szenczi and Teréz Nyári. It was probably in that time when a ferroconcrete cross with a metal corpus was put up on the pedestal standing at the and of their farm. 188. A stone cross with a metal corpus stands in the corner of Dobogókői Road and Mély Road. It was erected by János Tóth at the beginning hempfields in 1830, on the feast of St Urbanus (in Hungarian Orbán). He also established a found of 10 Fts. In 1955 the wife of József Pálfai renovated it. The flowers of the cross are protected by small metal bars. 189. There is a stone cross at the entrance of the Szentgyörgymező cemetery. It was also erected from the generosity of Antal Gere in 1845. The richly ornamented cemetery gate was erected in 1933 together with the fence. The former wire fence was later replaced with a stone fence, but the gate is 162 still there. It was then renovated.
