EDUCATION FOR LOVE OF WORKING AND HIS CONNECTIONS SUMMARY The present article is divided in three parts: 1. The „conventional" problems of education to work. The aim of socialist pedagogy can be characteristed in this sphere by developing the pleasure of work, both intellectual and manual working. This purpose can only be accomplished in the community. Work is necessary to develop manysided the personality of the pupils. 2. The modern technical civilisation, automatisation, the raise of atomic power on the one side — and the needs oif the socialistic school-reform on the other side — requires the fulfillment of some new demands in the field of education to work. These recent theoretical and practical aims on the sphere of education to work consist in a higher intellectual and technical level of work, increasing the creative factor of work. From this point of view, the article makes some critical remarks to any manuals of pedagogy (for instance, the books of Kairov, — „The bases of Communist Education" by Arséniev, Gleserman and Koroliov, etc.) —• and also takes a brief critical analysis of some publications dealing the problem of education to work. 3. Finally, the article makes attention to some connections of education to work: it is mentioned the ethical, sociological, ideological and psychological side of the education to work. The actual situation of education to work is also characterized with some scientific investigations and practical experiences. 53
