KÖTE SÁNDOR a neveléstudomány doktora az Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem professzora COMENIUS- ÉVFORDULÓK MAGYARORSZÁGON f r RESUME: (Comenius-anniversaries in Hungary) The author takes into account the most significant publications on the jubilees of Comenius with careful thoroughness and in a large scale. Actually, he analyses the writings published on the occasion of the tricentenary of the great pedagogue-predecessor's birthday and the recent four hundred years anniversary of it, according to the publications' authors and in a thematic order. He separately presents the matter of the 1950 tricentenary commemorations of the publication of Orbis Pictus and of the years spent in Sárospatak. Beyond giving a particular list of the works, the pedagoguewriter, who is also known as a past master at the subject, gives a relevant, unprejudiced and yet somewhat subjective analysis of the separate writings. An additional merit of him is that by his help we can get to know the otherwise very manyfold and colorful journal articles as well as the voluminous compositions that were sometimes published as whole books as well.
