Rubčić, Stanje i prioriteti rada arhivske vanjske službe u Hrvatskoj, Arh. vjesn., god. 45 (2002), str. 11-17 vanja stvaratelja u pojedine kategorije (I., IL, III.) potrebno je služiti se zadanim kri­terijima (Pravilnik o vrednovanju te postupku odabiranja i izlučivanja arhivskog gradiva, NN 90/2002), poštujući posebnosti određenog područja i značaja stvarate­lja u tom okruženju. - Izraditi popise gradiva (opći, granski, posebni). - Poboljšati kvalitetu i intenzitet edukacije stvaratelja (raditi na educiranju i odgovornih osoba, a ne samo djelatnika u pismohrani), do konačnog sustavnog rje­šenja njihove izobrazbe. - Riješiti problem (djelomično, jer su nam zakonske mogućnosti sužene) gradi­va kod privatnih vlasnika, realizacijom postojećih zakonskih propisa (prvenstveno se misli na formiranje Upisnika privatnih vlasnika arhivskog gradiva), koji će nam proširiti mogućnost nadzora i prikupljanja informacija o ovom važnom dijelu arhiv­ske baštine. Sve dosad nabrojeno nije ostvarivo ako ne osiguramo mehanizme za realizaci­ju i ne poradimo na vlastitoj dosljednosti u provođenju zakonom propisanih zadata­ka u cilju zaštite arhivskoga gradiva. Summary THE CONDITION OF THE RECORDS MANAGEMENT INSPECTION SERVICE IN CROATIA AND ITS PRIORITIES The records management inspection service as a constitutive unit within the Archives represents a specific form of cooperation between the Archives and the re­cords creator. The main objectives of the records management inspection service are inspection, registration, appraisal, weeding approval and taking into custody of the archives. The Service assists in the acquisition policy of the Archives and without the adequate records management inspection service it would not be possible to conduct systematic preservation of the archives as a part of the national cultural heritage. Nowadays we are becoming increasingly aware that the mere inspection of the archives in the making does not suffice; it is necessary to get more actively involved in the entire life cycle of the document. This implies that the archivists should play a constructive role in the creation of the legal acts and professional standards regar­ding the records conservation.
