Rubčić, Vrednovanje gradiva u tijelima općinske/gradske uprave nakon 1945., Arh. vjesn., god. 38 (1995) str. 69-76 Znači, ako bismo imali idealne uvjete za vrednovanje gradiva, opet bi nakon izvjesnog vremena revalorizirali već obavljeno vrednovanje. Bolje je učiniti i mali kvalitativni pomak nego ostati na postojećoj razini. Samim time dobit ćemo mogu­ćnost uspješnijeg obavljanja niza poslova u arhivskoj službi koji su vezani uz vrednovanje gradiva, kao stoje već spomenuto. Zaključak: Ako smo uzeli u obzir navedeno, ulogu i značaj gradiva, upoznali ustroj i aa^ninistrativno poslovanje tijela uprave (NO, kasnije općine, grad), obradili pravnu regulativu, upotrijebili stručno arhivističko znanje (teorija i praksa), iskustvo djela­tnika u tijelima uprave (pisarnica, pismohrana itd), kao i spoznaje stručnih djelatnika na terenu, uz znanstvenu potporu drugih znanosti vezanih uz arhivistiku i ovaj zadatak, zatim odredili nositelje ovog iznimno važnog zadatka, mislim da smo zadovoljili elementarne pretpostavke da pristupimo vrednovanju gradiva. Summary EVALUATION OF THE RECORDS IN THE BODIES OF THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION AFTER 1945 To approach evaluation of the documentation of administration body it is necessary to pay a special attention, respecting common criteria (social role of the creator of archival materials, the level of preservation and the conclusive physi­onomy, uniqueness and authenticity, representative quality and special values). It is important to mention that, during the time we spent working at administra­tion record rooms, we noticed that some categories of archival materials rapidly expand. So I consider that the Orientational list which is worked out should be revalued, namely, it is necessary to update some particular segment because of new conditions which dictate different relation to some already determined terms of keeping that kind of documents. If we take into consideration the importance and the character of the subject documents introduced the organisation of the administration body (county district, town) treated regulatory rules, used competent archival knowledge (theory+practi­ce), both the experience of employees in administration body, and the cognition of the expert archivists in practice with scientific support of other sciences connected with archival knowledge and this task, I think we have fulfilled the elementary presumptions to approach to evaluation of this special documentation. 76
