LEGISLATURE CONCERNING THE BRANCHING OUT OF ARCHIVISTE MATERIAL In the legislature of the Socialist eFderative Republic of Yugoslavia there is no complete legal act for the branching out of archive mate, rials — this is theauthor's starting point. The author analysis laws in Yugoslav republics and regions and takes into consideration relations between archives, libraries and museums and tries to give a Solution to the problem. The author thinks that the archival material should be possessed, taken care of and used in the archives. BRANCHING OUT ARCHIVE MATERIALS BETWEN ARCHIVES AND THEIR RELATING INSTITUTIONS IN CROATIA The authors point out the serious problem that deals with the archives, museums, librairies and scientific institutions. They also speak of the efforts being made in Croatia to soive this problem. They present us with a range of objective circumstances that brought about this fissure of archive materials and warn that the basic principals of arch ivistics concerning such a problem should be manitained. Presented in the report are the laws and other legal acts, the author's views on the situation in Croatia and also suggestions for solving some of the problems that archivistic institutions come upon. UDK 930.25 : 35.07 ZAVNOH Paver, Josipa Bosiljka: ON ARCHIVE MATERIAL OF ZAVNOH AT THE CROATIAN ARCHIVES The greater part of materials concerning the Nations' Antifascistic Committee for National Freedom of Croatia (ZAVNOH 1943.—1945.) is kept at the Croatian Archives in Zagreb (about 20.000 documents). The author of this report speaks of these sources, shows us the history of Khe origin of the large archives as such concerning the most important political organs in new Croatian in World War Ü. An insight into its contextual phisionomy is given. These archivistic data contain original testimony on the activities of the new national authorities on the territory of Croatia, facts concerning and illustrating everyday life, of the people dn times of war devastation and misfortunes, but also the start or a new period. UDK 651.7 VOŠNJAK : SPINČIĆ Marušić, Branko: FROM THE CORRESPONDANCE BETWEEN JOSIP VOŠNJAK AND VJEKOSLAV SPINČIĆ Josip Vošnjak and Vjekoslav Spinčić are significant personalities dn the 19th century and beginning of 2th century. The four letters published here are kept at the Slovenian Archives in Ljubljana and the Croatian Archives in Zagreb. Their contents are interesting and they contain relevant data for the history of Istria and the Kvarner Islands from the end of the 19th century, especially on the collision of the Croatian revival and the Italian civic party.
