In accordance with the agenda, the members listened to the Minutes of last years congregational meeting, by Audrey Marciniak, Financial Report by Barbara Drotar, Investment report put together by the Consistory because of the unavailability by investment secretary Elaine Lopazanski, whose husband has been ailing. The Pastor's report and Chief Elder's report concluded the official reports. All reports were unanimously accepted by the congregation. Reports were also given by the Lorantffy Women's Guild, Bingo workers and Organist. All these were prepared in the form of the Annual Report. There were two major items for discussion as New Business: First was the repairs necessary following the hurricane Sandy. The amount of repairs are beyond the decision power of the Consistory. Second was the up-coming 11 Oth anniversary of the congregation. Elections were also held for Officers and elders of the congregation. All officers were re-elected with the exception of Consistory secretary Audrey Marciniak who filled this position over 20 plus years, indicated that due to family commitment she would like to give up this position. The Consistory nominated and the congregation accepted Mr. William Toth as new Consistory Secretary. We would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the congregation to express our thanks for the long years of her service.
