Alexander Jalso was held on Sunday, October 28. Afterward a luncheon honoring his years of faithful service was tendered by the congregation. He and his wife Irene have moved to the Bethlen Cottages, Ligonier. Johnstown+Windber Hungarian Reformed Church. PA The Festival of the Saints of Christ the King will conclude the Church Year worship on November 25. The Second Sunday in Advent will be observed on December 9, and Christmas Communion will be administered on Sunday, December 23, by the Rev. Albert W. Kovács, Pastor. Christmas Gifts for Retired Ministers and Ministers's Widows Christmas is the season when we remember with our appreciation of our retired ministers and minister’s widows. Members of the Calvin Synod Conference Council would like to continue to send Christmas gifts to retired ministers and ministers’ widows. We are asking our congregations to make donations because the fund has been depleted. Through your kind help we will be able to continue to send gifts during this Christmas.
