This one still has not been returned. It remains in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Soviet armies, on an organized ransack, stole countless numbers of masterpieces as "War loot". German and American soldiers as well as individuals stole thousands with or without forbidding military orders. Hundreds have already been returned, mainly from the West. However, thousands still remain in the former parts of the defunct Soviet Union and far away places. Recently, there was an exhibition in Budapest of the photos of the stolen originals. What an odious picture of the so-called "law and order" in our post-war world!
