Group Health Insurance — paid in full by em­ployer through Conferences. 3. Group Disability and Life Protection — paid by employer through the Pension Boards’ Family Protection Plans. Housing — If there is a housing allowance for a minister, employer should pass a suitable vote prior to the start of each year. If a parsonage is provided it should be valued at 30% of cash salary in computing salary basis. 8. Business costs provided by the employer — real­istic automobile expenses, funds for continuing education, library, hospitality, etc. 9. Annual review of salary and other compensation. 10. Extra retirement income secured by voluntary salary reduction, with the amount paid by em­ployer to the Pension Boards to purchase addi­tional “tax-deferred” annuity benefits. Write for details.
