Following the Worship Service our pastor and his wife will be honored at an OPEN HOUSE BUFFET in our Calvin Hall, to be arranged by The Consistory and the various church-organizations. Our church members and organizations will have the opportunity to say goodbye to Rev. and Mrs. Kecskemethy from 12 noon to 2:30 P.M., while local and out-of-town friends are cordially invited from 2:30 to 5:30 P.M. We would like to have as many church-people and friends as possible attend this OPEN HOUSE so that they may express their best wishes and affection to our retiring pastor and his wife, who have been loyal and respected workers both in our American Hungarian Reformed Church and Instiutional life and the Hungarian community in general. They are now retiring after 45 years of faithful service in helping to build God’s Kingdom and the Church of Jesus Christ. To our Worship Service in the forenoon we can naturally expect only our local church-people and those friends who will not be detained by their own church services or other reasons. However, TO OUR OPEN HOUSE-FAREWELL FELLOWSHIP we cordially invite the pastors and people of local and out-of-town churches as well as all personal friends of Rev. and Mrs. Kecskemethy.
