The main feature of the Meeting was the two Phiorities Workshops: a) One on Evangelism in tune with “Key 73.” It gave guidelines in 12 points all helpful to make the individual, ministerial and congregational life more God and Scripture — oriented. b) The other on Church Union that arrived at the consensus that the Synodical Council continue its untiring effort toward an eventual union with our brethren of the Free Hungarian Reformed Church. 2. The Meeting directed the Synod Council to find ways and means in order to alleviate the excessive burdens of the Bishop’s office.
