In 2001 our former Chief-Elder, Mr. Joseph Koy and Mrs. Elizabeth Pinkowski, our Charter Member left us for a better world. May our Gracious God give them the Palm of Victory and the Crown of Eternal Life. On July 1,1 left for Hungary for the Consultative Convent meeting in Nagykőrös, and for the Hungarian Reformed World Federation meeting in Nagyvárad, Transylvania. In Nagyvárad I was re-elected Vice President of the Hungarian Reformed World Federation for a six year term. I also had a chance to visit Vienna, Austria, and made visitation in several towns of Hungary. On April 23rd I published a Hungarian prayer book - Messzeföldről(From Afar) -, to be a companion on our Homeward Way. I give thanks to the Lord for His blessings in His Service. I am thankful to our Consistory for the work well done for the Kingdom, to our Chief-Elder, Mr. Ernest Balogh, Mr. William Toth, our Secretary, to Miss Joyce Smoyak, Treasurer, Miss Marlene Docs, Assistant Treasurer, Mrs. Julianna Poznan for taping the hymns, to Mr. Arthur Varga Sexton for the good care of our Church, to our Ladies Guild for their generous financial aid, and also to the members for their support, allegiance and prayers for our John Calvin Magyar Reformed Church. With the past year we started a New Century and a New Millennium. We ask our Gracious Lord to remain with us at this New Beginning and to bless us in His Service. Rev. Francis Vitéz 104
