teljesebb élet folytatására, Jézus Krisztus által. Speldáné-Lucskay Csilla lelkipásztor At the beginning of this year of 2000, we had changes in our church life. The Rev. Peter Toth, after ten years of ministry, left this church. He went to Norridge, Illinois. We had supply ministers for two months. The Rev. Csilla Lucskay-Spelda started her ministry in this church on April 1,2000 as supply minister. After six months, the members of the congregation elected her as their pastor. Her ordination and installation was on October 22, 2000. The English worship service is held at 9:30 a.m. and the Hungarian service is held at 11:00 a.m. Our Sunday School classes are also held during the English service with 13 children. We had five young adults who were confirmed on June 4, 2000. We have Hungarian movie nights every Friday evening. This is a good opportunity to come and have fellowship with us. Some of the members come to the movie as do many of our friends from the Hungarian Catholic Church, with whom we have built a good relationship. The Lorantffy Women’s Guild help our church with their faithful work at our annual banquet, the Ethnic Day and other programs.
