Three of us in solidarity come to the following painful conclusions:

1. Two of the three Officers expressed clear-cut opposition, even yesterday, against the Ohio project and against the personnel presently involved.

2. Secondly, half of the Board of Directors’ of the HRFA, as late as yesterday expressed opposition in one way or another against the Ohio project.

Finally, although we appreciate the beautiful and effective demonstrations of support by some church delegates and one HRFA Board member, the fact remains that between two
