1983 173 Vasárnapi istentisztelet után Grace Kontz, Secretary; John Kontz, Recording Secretary; Dorothy Debrason, Financial Recording Secretary. The members of our church, along with the Social Activities Group, have made it possible for our church to remain financially secure for the year. We have a total property value now of about 1.5 million dollars. We are very fortunate, as well as thankful to have 169 voting members in our congregation. We regained 18 members during this year. For the year 1982 the Lord blessed us with 5 baptisms, and 4 marriages. He also saddened us by calling 5 of our members home to his kingdom. We have 2 teachers and 10 children in our Sunday School. There will he no confirmation this year. On Mothers’ Day the men of our church prepared and served the women and guests their dinner. Then on Fathers’ Day the women returned the favor by preparing and serving the men dinner. Everyone looks forward to these two holidays and they have become a very successful part of our church life. The International Village was once again a great success. Our entire church contributes either time, money, or both to this event. Many hours are spent each year baking and cooking for the Village.
