1981 BETHLEN NAPTÁR 105 The Martha Circle report, Betty Warga: For the glory of God, to our pastor, our friends and members, in reverence I submit this report... five dinner meetings, spring bazaar. Our Christmas party and boutique very well attended. In November in lieu of the usual Thanksgiving dinner we all happily celebrated the tenth anniversary of our pastor’s tenure at our church with a very lovely dinner and program... Jasmine Castillo, UCLA student:'; William Shakespeare once said: “Ignorance is the curse of God, knowledge the wing wherewith we fly to heaven.” We join the Church to learn about the Word of God... learning is not an easy task. It takes a lot of energy and time as well as a good teacher. Luckily for us, we have as our teacher the Rev. Julius Paal. Our thank you to the Rev. Mr. Paál holds much love and gratitude for sharing the knowledge of the Word of God... for being our teacher... for being our friend... A lelkészi munkában a 44. évet zárom: “régen, nagyon régen volt... De újra megtenném az útat... Ezt, ezt tedd a papírra. Ezt írd meg. Születésre, vagy halálra vezettettünk, sodródtunk e nagy útra?!” “Uram hajlékodat, Szeretem házadat. Holott lakói dicsőségben.
