To our second generation

BETHLEN NAPTÁR 63 ducts over and above what we could use, thus making our total expenses $18,875.26. We could never have provided the necessary food for from 75 to 80 persons four times a day for four years out of this amount if we had had to buy our food directly from food markets. We hope that we can show a continued improve­ment in our farm output. Our Mine Our mine has been leased since 1946, bringing in royalties. With the money realized from this source, we are able to buy the necessary fuel for our three buildings. Our heating system at the children’s home has been converted to oil. We tried to give you an overall picture of our work at Bethlen Home. We hope we have succeeded in showing you that there is a great need for an institution such as ours so that you of the second generation will consider this work worthy of your generous support just as your parents did. The future is yours and hence all its responsibilities. HARVESTING
