But you can make this wartime dollar do these things later just by saving it. Plan your spending, plan your saving. Work it out in black and white, to assure better spending control, greater saving. Saving means helping to keep the dollar sound, to maintain its buying power. And saving means buying War Bonds regularly and putting money in the bank for emergencies.
