The total cost of works, including construction of the Danube Quay, unforeseen costs and city taxes reaches 13 million Crowns, when compared to construction of other contemporary European higher education projects is relatively inexpensive. The opening for the 1909-1910 academic year was held in the Central Building on the 28th of November 1909.
