JOHN'S UNIVERSITY Information For Applicants To COLLEGE EUROPA Students not currently enrolled in St. John's University must provide, in addition to the completed application lorm. the following. 1. An official copy of their transcript 2. Two letters of recommendation, at least one of which should be from a professor, advisor or dean 3. Authorization from the dean of their home college, as indicated by the dean's signature It is the responsibility of students to make certain that the College Europa courses in which they enroll are applicable for credit at their home institution. NOTE: A $20 non-refundable application fee in the form of a check or money order made payable to St. John's University for all applicants not currently enrolled in the University must accompany this form Decisions on admissions are made in accordance with St. John's University's policy of "Rolling Admissions," which provides for the complete processing of applications as soon as all required data are received. At that time a decision is made and the prospective student is notified. Students are urged to apply early in the semester prior to the one in which they seek to enroll. Generally, applications for the fall semester should be submitted no later than August 1; applications for the spring semester should be submitted no later than December 1. Qualified individuals making application after these dates may be admitted if spaces are available. In order to secure their place in the program, all students accepted for admission are required to forward a $500 non-refundable deposit by a deadline date which will be set forth in their letter of acceptance. Students who will not have reached the age of 18 by the time of the beginning of their College Europa semester must secure parental permission.
