A BME meghivására részt vett az Egyetem 200 éves jubileumi ünnepségein és meghivott oktatók részére egy igen értékes magyar nyelvű szakmai továbbképző előadást tartott. Palócz professzor igen alaposan foglalkozott pályakezdő beosztottjaival. Három pályakezdő munkatársából ketten tanszékvezető egyetemi tanárok, egy pedig - már nyugdijas - tanszékvezető főiskolai tanár. A Kar oktatómunkájában követi Palócz professzortól tanult módszereket, igy 0 ezen keresztül is^ hozzájárult több ezer magyar villamosmérnök szinvonalas kepzeséhez.
