Abstracts 333 us valuable information on the relation between the employer and the prospective employee. The résumés provide possibility for examining the norms through the image of applicants and whether these harmonized to the declared philosophy of the porcelain manufactory. The officers who reviewed the said writings highlighted those parts of the documents what they found important. That aids the research. The résumés of the applicants - mostly those ones who were called for personal interview - help to understand expectations, norms which the candidates had to meet in order to be admitted to an international company’s shop in Budapest. The private rule- books testify officially about the employer’s expectations, or one can say norms. On the other hand the everyday application/applicability of these principally the personnel files including the résumés of the officers give plastic image. Besides the characteristic patterns of the résumés, the employer’s set of rules, its changes and the briefly departures from this are discussed in the present paper as well. ANTAL TAMÁS Background of the Royal Commission of Szeged (1879-1883) Regarding the Public Law Data to the Administrative History of Szeged in the Era of Dualism The article presents new data to the history of Szeged, which was free royal city and attained municipal rank. It discusses from a legal historical aspect the background of the reconstruction works took place there during the period of the dual monarchy right after the great flood in 1879 through reviewing the parliamentary debate and the legal norms of the act on the status of the government’s special commissioner being in charge of the renovation, Count Lajos Tisza, as well as the act on the necessary land expropriations in Szeged. Furthermore, this paper deals with the scope of authority of the said commissioner and the Hungarian Government’s role in establishing the financial framework and in the creation of the modem city as well. The decree of the Prime Minister which includes further regulation and amendments of the mentioned acts is published in this study at the first time.
