THE DAIRY CANTEEN

DESTROYED AND RECONSTRUCTED

The Dairy Canteen is a shingle-roof cottage with a simple, boarded balcony andopen porch, artistically clinging to the steep slope of the Big Rock. Its original function was to present and sell the dairy products of the cattle farm. It was rebuilt as part of the reconstruction of the Big Rock.
