Az új vezetőségben Martin WEISS exelnök, a new yorki Jamaica Refrigeration Inc. elnöke, akinek oly hatalmas része van a Club sikeres működése és társadalmi szerepe kifejlesztésében, mint alelnök az új évben is részt fog venni az ügyvezetés irányításában, ami eleve nagy garanciája a további eredményeknek, a Club üdvös működésének. E szempontból a tisztikar többi tagjait is igen szerencsésen választották meg: Uj elnök Max | KLEIN, alelnök Martin WEISS, második alelnök dr. Robert LEW, pénztárnok Sam GIDALI, titkár Alex LICHTNER, a new yorki önképzőkör egykori kiválóan tevékeny v. tagját. Bizalmiak: Jack FARKAS, Elemér KOVÁCS, Joe BERGMANN. Az igazgatóság elnöke Emil DONÁTH. Each limited partner shall receive that proportion of each monthly excess of cash as the total of his contribution bears to the agregate amount of all contributions made by all limited partners. No distinctions shall be made between original limited partners and subsequent limited partners. No assignee of a limited partner shall have the right to become a substituted limited partner in the place of his assignor. If a limited partner shall die, his executors or administrators or if he shall become insane, his committee or other representative shall have the same rights that the limited partner would have if he had not died or become insane. Unless agreed to in writing by all of the parties hereto, the limited partners shall have no right to demand and receive property other than cash in return for their con* tribution.
