Quentin Tarantino was awarded by him with a high Hungarian State Award for being the producer of the Freedom's Fury, a film on the 1956 Hungarian revolution. Also, Andy Vajna was awarded with a Lifetime Achievement Award of the Film Festival. Vajna is known for his work on “Evita,” “Total Recall” and several installments of the “Rambo” and “Terminator” franchises.
