AMERICAN Hungarian Jaurnaí Tragic End to a Wild and Reckless Life: Anna Nicole Smith Dies in Florida (Hollywood, Florida) Anna Nicole Smith died married an 89-year-old, slightly senile millionaire Thursday after being discovered unconscious in her who died shortly afterwards. She was fighting for the hotel room. The reality TV star, Playboy Playmate and former Guess model was 39. She checked into the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Monday with her lawyer and boyfriend, Howard K. Stem. When she was found lying on her bed unconscious, Smith’s private nurse called hotel workers. Smith’s bodyguard performed CPR on her. She was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood where she died soon after arrival. Who was she? A1 Rantel labeled her a “Famous Nobody”. She had a beautiful, larger-than-life body with double-D-size breasts, and she pictured herself as a reincarnation of Marilyn Monroe. She enjoyed showing off on screen, she did some modeling and a TV show where most of the time she looked like someone spaced out on drugs. She dated many mer and led a scandalous life. Basically: she was famous for being famous. Her first claim to fame was when she, then 26. rather large inheritance against the man’s family, and she seemed to be winning after all these years when she died. Last time everyone was talking about her was when she gave birth to a baby daughter in the Bahamas, and her 20-year-old son Daniel died while visiting her at the hospital. The father named on Danielynne’s birth certificate is Stern. It’s ironic how shameless the jet set society has become. Former boyfriend Larry Birkhead immediately stepped up to claim the baby was his, and now Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband Prince Fred-Frankie Laine, the ‘50s pop singer whose style became the inspiration for many of today’s country and R ’n B music artists, died in San Diego, California. He was 93 years old. And a number of people asked, Frankie who? on hearing the news. It is most unfortunate for an artist of Frankie Laine’s former stature, but it is a sad fact that the present generation has no idea of what a big star he was. Do ask parents and grandparents about the guy. For some strange reason, his music, which is exemplified in a long list of hit songs, remained rooted in the ’50s and never quite made the grade in the succeeding eras. Because of his hits, Laine became the most imitated singer in the talent show circuit. Just like every girl auditioning these days wants to sing something by Christina Aguilera, the boys in amateur contests during the ‘50s wanted to sing Laine’s Granada. “Jezebel” was another of his famous hits. Come to think of it, old songs and great voices like Laine’s, do not really die, they just lie in wait for the right time to be heard again. Someday in the future, remixed, reversed, digitalised or whatever, the songs of Frankie Laine might be hits again. Pelosi Plane Controversy - the Sky Is the Limit WASHINGTON - The natioin’s capital finds itself caught up in the question of whether House Speaker Nancy Pelosi should fly home to San Francisco in a big plane or a little one. Security rules permit the speaker - second in line to the presidency - occasional use of a military passenger jet. Republican J. Dennis Hastert used one when he was speaker to commute to his Illinois district, but the one he used can only, go to California without stopping to refuel in good flying conditions. Pelosi wants to fly nonstop, which means a bigger plane. It is reported that she also requested that it should have a bedroom with three beds, a kitchen and an entertainment center, and a crew of 16. Critics have assailed her request, saying she wants the bigger plane solely so she can have parties at 30,000 feet with her family and supporters. “Flying Lincoln bedroom,” Minority Whip Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) said in a story stripped across the top of the conservative-leaning Washington Times. “Pelosi One,” Rep. Patrick T. McHenry (R-N.C.) said in the same article. DUNA Travel 8530 Holloway Dr. #102 W. Beszámoló a jövő héten! eric von Anhalt joined the ranks of the pretenders. In a radio interview with Larry Elder, Anhalt said in answer to whether he could be the girl’s father: “Yes, and so could twenty other men.” (Well, even if they all showed up, he could get 5 percent of the inheritance...) Then the reporter bluntly asked him il he had sex with Smith. Anhalt indignantly said: “I’m not going to answer that, I am a married man!” Zsa Zsa is 90 and he is 59 now. - jancso -'50s Crooner Frankie Laine Dead At 93 AMERIKAI J^gyarfjírla^^
