MIHÁLY ALMÄSI, Th.D. 8758 Olde Eight Road Northfield Center, Ohio 44067 Telephone: (216) 467-6495 TO THE ATTENTION OF PASTORS, DEACONS, AND MEMBERS, We would like to inform vou that THE HUNGARIAN BAPTIST CONFERENCE OF THE AMERICAN CONTINENT reorganized the AMERICAN HUNGARIAN BAPTIST SEMINARY which was founded in 1911 in Scranton, Pa and functioned in Cleveland. From 1920 the Seminary had merged with the International Baptist Seminary of East Orange, N.J. and continued as a faculty un until 1941, when the IBS. itself ceased to exist. The administrative center of our new institute is situated in Cleveland. Our curriculum and training methods are based on classical, Biblical foundations. The language of instruction is English and Hungarian. In June of this year we opened the 1982/83 session with 30 new students. Our faculty consists of seven well qualified professors and lecturers. The president, the dean, the faculty and the administrative staff are all volunteers working without a salary. This year we laid down the foundations of a Seminary library and archives. The name of the theological and church historical center is ZBORAY LIBRARY. PRAY FOR US! László L. Zboray, founder and president of the First American Hungarian Baptist Seminary in 1911.
