Its area is 348,166 m2 (34 hectares 8.166 m2). The Economic Development Area lies at the Western gate of Budapest, next to the Herceghalom exit from the M1 motorway. Therefore its prospects in terms of transport and logistics are excellent. This was the realization that led TESCO to building one of its largest logistical centres in Central Europe in the area.
